Penny and Tania take the time to learn what interests and motivates him, and use this knowledge to encourage his learning. He loves bringing home new art creations, food they’ve baked or natural ‘treasures’ he’s discovered in the garden to share with us. And we love hearing his stories about the intricate games he invents with his friends. There is a real warmth to the Stafford Heights Kindergarten community, and the social aspect isn’t just for the kids. “The children’s independence is fostered from the beginning, as they take responsibility for jobs such as unpacking their bags, however, there is always a guiding hand if needed.
